1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Speirah mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Speirah provides AI-guided exercise plans, progress tracking, and educational content for scoliosis care and spinal health ("Service"). The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

Speirah Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription.

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
• No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

6. Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly identified at the point of subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

7. Health Disclaimer

⚠️ Speirah is not a medical device. The exercise plans, content, and recommendations provided through the App are generated using AI and general wellness guidelines.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition such as scoliosis.

Speirah is not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome resulting from the use of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including text, graphics, logos, exercise programs, and software) are the exclusive property of Speirah and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's profile settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speirah and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any litigation or dispute resolution arising out of or relating to these Terms will take place in the Northern District of California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of and exclusive venue in the state and federal courts within that district.
